RESERVATIONS

We require full payment for all reservations made within 14 days of your arrival date, by credit or debit card. If reserving more than 14 days in advance, we require 50%, of your total stay to secure the reservation. Balance due, of reserved stay, will be charged to your credit or debit card, the day of your scheduled arrival. If paying with anything other than credit or debit card ask for details and policies. Special payment policies may apply to Holiday and Discount Specials. We do require a credit or debit card information with all reservations, even if you choose to pay with cash, check or money order. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of days reserved!

GENERAL POLICIES

Cash Payments: We reserve the right to charge a $30.00 damage/cleaning surcharge when paying with cash or any other method of payment other than credit or debit card.

We would like to thank everyone in advance for the care taken, by you our guests, to keep our cabins and grounds as nice, for our next guests, as you found them!!!!! We reserve the right to charge for damages, caused to the cabins, the contents inside cabins, items outside the cabins and on the grounds and the grounds themselves, other than normal wear and tear.

You must be 21 years of age or older to make reservations. Persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (call for exceptions).

One Night Reservations: One night stays, when allowed, are pre-paid and non-refundable. There are NO discount rates or specials for one night stays and there is a $25.00 cleaning surcharge added.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 3:00 pm CST

Check-out time is 10:00 am CST

Please have all belongings out of the cabin by 10:00 am, this is to give us time to clean cabin before the next guests arrive. Thank you!

CANCELLATIONS AND LIMITED REFUND POLICY

All sales are final within 14 days of arrival. If something comes up and you are unable to stay any or all of the days you reserved with us, you must reschedule or cancel 14 days prior to your date of arrival to receive a refund. However, if you cancel within the 14 day period prior to your stay, you forfeit your deposit, UNLESS we are able to re-book all the days you had reserved, then, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a $30.00 booking/processing fee.

If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded (less the processing fee, if charged on credit card or PayPal) or you may leave your deposit on file and apply it to another reservation, once, without incurring the fee. TO CANCEL YOU MUST contact us by phone, between the hours of 8:00 am and 10:00 pm CST and receive a cancellation number. We do not accept cancellations via email, they don’t always go through.

All refunds will be made by crediting your credit card, or by check, payable to the name on the credit card or checking account. There are no refunds for early departure, and all deposits placed on file will be forfeited if not used within one year.

SMOKING and PET POLICY

Family Lodge is no pets allowed, smoking permitted outside only.

Cabins “LOVE” and “FAITH” are NO SMOKING, NO PET environments (Inside or Out) for our guests who are allergic.

Cabins “PEACE” and “HOPE” permit smoking (OUTSIDE ONLY) and are pet friendly (see pet requirements below).

NOTICE: If you smoke inside ANY of our Cabins or the Lodge, bring unregistered guests, or unregistered pets, you will be billed an additional $100.00 and/or asked to leave, with NO money refunded.

Pet Requirements:

  • Pet friendly Cabins are “Peace” and “Hope”, when available.
  • Well behaved, house broken, small dogs, 25 lbs. and under (larger dogs considered and evaluated on individual basis).
  • Pet surcharge is $25.00 per dog, for 1 to 2 nights stay, then $10.00 per dog, each additional night (larger dogs, $15 per dog, per night). There is a 2 dog limit per cabin.
  • Your dog must be leashed and PICKED UP AFTER.
  • All rabies shots and other vaccinations must be up to date, with proof upon arrival.
  • If you plan an activity and can not take your dog, you MUST, bring a crate to leave them in, while away from cabin.
  • You may not at anytime take your dog into Cabins “Love” or “Faith”, even if the guests in those cabins are with your group.
  • Pet owners are liable for any damages caused by their pets.

PRIVACY POLICY

“At Living Water Cabins” adheres to the highest standards of ethical practices in all of our operations and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of all our customers.

Our privacy policy is simple: We don’t sell, barter, give away, or rent your personal information to any company outside of the “At Living Water Cabins” family. One of the basic principles we follow is that we ask for only the information we need to provide the service you’ve requested.
